Impossible add translation for lines with parameters on launchpad.net

There is no way to add translation on launchpad.net for strings with parameters. Submitting translation for any untranslated strings with params causes this 👇 error message.
a format specification for argument {0} doesn't exist in 'msgstr'

Seems the error message is a bit wrong, but the string had an error, the first ' wasn't double - I fixed it:

No action required. I figure out with the problem. The issue was in incorrect apostrophe sign.

That was meant with "the first ' wasn't double". Wither you have to double all ' or use another Unicode character as you did.
