Telecom connection point preset

Dear maintainers,

It's been a year the telecom local loop proposal has been reviewed on wiki.
It's now time to propose to add presets to JOSM regarding the new keys, especially for telecom=connection_point.
A new category may be required for those items.

Here is the new tagging :

We mainly find connection points in outdoor cabinet
So the preset can be :
man_made=street_cabinet
street_cabinet=telecom
telecom=connection_point
connection_point={primary,secondary,tertiary...}
operator=*
location=*
telecom:medium={copper,fibre,coaxial}
+ ... all street_cabinet tagging
