Adding imagery for Kosovo produces country code warning

Kosovo, for political reasons that are outside of the scope of this ticket, doesn't have an ISO3166-1 country code. XK is the code that is ​used on the ground.

Adding an imagery with the 'XK' country code produces the following warning:
