bad visualisation for boundaries of downloaded data

Description

Looking at the pattern generated by the option "display boundaries of downloaded data" is literally making me sick.

Could you use a less obtrusive pattern, or add an option to view the border rectangles as before?

Set the color in the preferences to one that almost matches your background color. This makes it less obtrusive, yet still serves its purpose.

Status: new → closed

The pattern has meanwhile been made semi-transparent, and it can be switched off completely or the background and foreground colours can be adjusted. Now be quiet or we'll give you wobbly lines ;-)

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
