IllegalComponentStateException: component must be showing on the screen to determine its location

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I modified some roads (with cuts and new roads)
2. I clicked Send and filled comment and data source
3. Bug happens when clicking on the second tab "Attributs du groupe de modifications" (something in english like "Attributes of the modifications group").

What is the expected result?

Nothing particular.

What happens instead?

A bug window appeared with the link to this report sheet. I then ignored the error, and it seems fine (but I havn't send my data yet > Edit: I sent it, no more bug)

Oh, I just saw I had an other JOSM window open, with an other area. I forgot to close it it seems. Maybe Java tryed to look into this one, and crashed as a consequence. (only a theory of course, I don't know how Java works)

Oh, I tried again but without another josm window, and it happened again. (JOSM version : 14760).
