Add checked validator keys/tags to Taginfo?

Description

Add a new ​Taginfo project containing the keys/tags checked in the validator. This could be extracted automatically from the MapCSS-based checker. The other tests could return their checked tags in a to be implemented method getValidatedTagsForTaginfo.
