Tag2Link Feature request

Hi, Would it be possible to add the following lines to tag2link_sources.xml?

<!-- RCE, Dutch heritage authority --> 

<src name="rce">
    <rule>
        <condition k="ref:rce" />
        <link name="RCE website" href="https://cultureelerfgoed.nl/monumenten/%v%" />
    </rule>
</src>

This adds a link to the website of the Dutch heritage authority when the tag "ref:rce=*" is used.

Disclaimer:
Of course I tested this and it works, but this is literately how far my *ahem* coding kills go. So please don't assume I know what I'm talking about.
