Description

I am using a Mac to undertake Humanitarian OpenStreetMap tasks for NGO's. This feature is important to me as I am doing time critical work for disaster or general humanitarian tasks.

I am using version 14460 of JOSM. I am using Apple 10.11.6 operating system El Capitan on my laptop

The validator fails to work properly.

It fails to spot overlapping buildings. But sometimes spots corners that are not quite square. This is an important feature as mapping buildings is one of the main tasks.

Please add an example osm file with overlapping buildings which are not detected.
