Description
I use josm 1065 on SuSE 11. Often it crashes after downloading osm data. There is an error report. Hope it helps.

I'd like to second the suggestion mentioned before. I use JOSM revisions
- 1073
- 1075 (latest to date)
at both at two different Debian GNU/Linux systems without ever experiencing a similar crash.
Sun Java used here
@reporter: try with different JRE (that may already fix it for you) and latest JOSM revision (since 1065 should no longer be called latest), than report again, please or this ticked may be closed within a month of no updating response from you or others

This looks either like a bug in Java or your system. Whatever errors we have in JOSm, they should never cause errors of that type.
Try reinstalling Sun Java package.
