What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. add healthcare=hospital node

What is the expected result?

It is either

• treated as tagged hospital object (like amenity=hospital)

or validator complains that

• amenity=hospital is missing
• autofix adds amenity=hospital
• maybe also autofix removes healthcare=hospital

What happens instead?

Neither.
