add external call to (graphic) history viewer "https://pewu.github.io/osm-history/#/"

I found JOSM is doing calls for external changeset viewers, eg:
osmcha or achavi.
I like these functions.

Also I like the internal JOSM object history viewer, but for some cases i prefer to check also the graphic history of object-geometries.

For example this way:

here you can see how this residential area is becoming more and more detailed over time...

So my favorite object history viewer is "pewu", please could you add a button or link on any meaningful JOSM area/window/place. Maybe somewhere at the history dialog box.

I don't know, to which JOSM-"Component" this request applies, so please select a suitable one, currently default is "Core"...

I wasn't sure if an _object_ (node/way/relation)history viewer will suit logical in the same drop down list which contains before only _changeset_ history viewer item links.

So I'm OK if _object_ history viewer and _changeset_ history viewer are mixed in same drop down list. But I'm also OK, if the _object_ history viewer gets in future a second separated drop down list for a more reasonable structuring. If you think the current mixing (object / changeset) should be changed, please open another ticket...
