Paint opposite cycleway tags

Description

Such as opposite_lane and opposite_track.

They are not shown even when the tag is very specific eg. cycleway:left=opposite_lane. (Example in right hand driving country.)

The painting only makes sense, if the tagging is correct. As far I can see, on oneway roads, the users put the regular tag (eg. track instead opposite_track) on contraflow cycleways as well. And unfortunately the validator not checking the non-drive side cycleways, if they contain the opposite prefix.
To be honest, I don't know the oneway:bicycle=no tag invalidates the whole opposite prefix schema or not.

Somewhat similar to #16971.
