Add warning if mapper deletes node or way with more than x versions

Encourage/educate the mapper to conserve the history by linking to ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Good_practice#Keep_the_history

There the tool replace geometry is explained which could be hinted at in the dialog also.

This is to help new mappers learn to avoid deleting nodes if possible.

The dialog should be possible to turn of with a checkbox "dont show this again"

Warnings prove to be not so useful with beginners, and simply annoying for experienced users. Displaying version number with #16816 is enough.
