Description

While some changesets are closed automatically by the server JOSM reports them as open, when choosing "Close open changesets" in the "File" menu.

Also they are listed under existing changesets drop-down on "changesets" tab of "upload" dialog.

They will be gone after a restart.

fix #4535, fix #16780 - detect changesets closed on server side after 1 hour

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
