Description
we can download node/way/relation by object number.
It would be usefull to be able to do the same for a note using the note number.

Can be done via wiki:/Help/Action/SearchNotesDownload
If the search string is an integer number, it will download the note with this id.
I don't think it makes sense to integrate note id download in wiki:/Help/Action/DownloadObject as notes are no osm objects.
This ticket is a worksforme for me.
