Description
Hello,
I'm very disappointed, with the v. 14163, about open a csv or shp file. Maybe config. settings are reseted!? (see Status report at the end).
What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Ctrl+O on <file>.shp or <file>.csv
- Message error (see below)
- OR File -> Open -> file explorer : no format csv or shp listed
What is the expected result?
File is opened ;)
What happens instead?
Error message (after Ctrl+O) : something like "no file manager available" (since locale=FR-fr, error message is "Aucun gestionnaire")
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
No problem with the previous version aka v. 14066, nothing modified concerning the OS.

Please install the plugin.

@Don-vip: You're right, of course but... I'm sad, very. Because this plugin didn't never work, causing error message such as:
- E: org.openstreetmap.josm.plugins.PluginException: Une erreur est survenue dans le greffon opendata. Cause : java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.openstreetmap.josm.plugins.opendata.OdPlugin
- W: Désactiver le greffon - <html>Impossible de charger le greffon 'opendata' car la classe<br>principale 'org.openstreetmap.josm.plugins.opendata.OdPlugin' n'a pas été trouvée.<br>Le supprimer des préférences ?</html>
And _you_ told me desinstall it (so, I did it (my bad)... "Always trust wizards" :p).
So, it's now reinstalled, and the plugin-not-working-works-fine to open csv or shp.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
