Validation don't show flag at overlapping buildings

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. a time ago overlapping buildings shows up at validation. Now not.
2. run JOSM ver 14066

What is the expected result? overlapping building to be reported by flagging

What happens instead? nothing

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Works for me, please check the test is enabled in JOSM preferences.

Thanks for your info, but, In my setting crossing ways is tagged on on as well, but no validation message about crossing ways.
So I have still the same problem.

Do you hit the validation button at least? The tests are not run in real-time.

Or maybe you ignored this error type once. Please attach the file "ignorederrors" located in your JOSM profile folder much likely at %appdata%\JOSM\validator

Thanks Klumbumbus. I renamed the file ignorederrors into old ignorederrors and started JOSM again. Now Validation shows overlapping buildings.
I think the ignorederrors file will be build up again, isn't it?

Yes, the new file should now be empty. (You can open this file in a text editor to inspect.)
