MapCSS Colors modification should not require JOSM restart

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Open settings -> Color
  2. Modify MapCSS building color to blue #0000FF
  3. Validate your settings

What is the expected result?

Buildings on the map should be displayed in blue

What happens instead?

Buildings are still displayed with previous default color (red)

You need to restart JOSM to have the new color, would be wonderful if it wasn't the case :).

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Actually there is a regression caused by #15410. The restart notification is no longer displayed.

Hello @Don-vip. I beliee this bug was solved in 14152 but only the first bug was marked as such :).

It's not fixed I only restored the restart notification. It would be great to avoid the restart completely.

Closed as duplicate of #19196.
I didn't see this when I filed #19196. That ticket should have gotten the duplicate status. Sorry.

Anyway, the stated issue is solved now.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
