IndexOutOfBounds on NMEA log import

I discovered an IndexOutOfBounds on a NMEA log generated by NMEAlogger on a TomTom.
Untill it always worked. The file itself is converted to GPX by gpsbabel-1.3.4-beta20070711 without any problems. I attached the NMEA and GPX in the zip.

found an exact matching error reported in #1448, with better debugging, where it reads "Unknown Source" here, plus a patch already on the way

so this should be closed as a duplicate for sure
