Am getting an error that is persistent when I download data from TM3 and cannot do any remote mapping.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Download data from TM3 to JOSM 14066 Version
  2. Failed to download data. Its format is either unsupported, ill-formed, and/or inconsistent

What is the expected result?
