Is it possible to have a feature where if two ways are connected that have the same tags to merge them into one?

But what if I wanted to do an entire country's worth?

I'm thinking on an entire country level.

It will loop through all the connecting ways merging ones with identical tags.

Select all your ways using filters, search, Overpass API requests, etc. JOSM is already powerful enough to do it and there is no need for most of our users to add a dedicated tool just for this.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
