stop closing list of validator issues on upload

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. run validate, get many issues
2. open Warning tree, open one group that I want to fix (in my case "isolated node which must be connected to a way (13)")
3. open subgroup (in my case "barrier=gate (3)")
4. select zoom to
5. fix problem
6. upload to avoid huge bboxes

What is the expected result?

list of bugs stays unfolded in the same state, expect of cases where all bugs in group were fixed, in this case this group disappears

BTW thanks, in the past I needed to rerun validator after each upload!

What happens instead?

all groups are folded after upload
