stop closing list of validator issues on upload

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. run validate, get many issues
2. open Warning tree, open one group that I want to fix (in my case "isolated node which must be connected to a way (13)")
3. open subgroup (in my case "barrier=gate (3)")
4. select zoom to
5. fix problem
6. upload to avoid huge bboxes

What is the expected result?

list of bugs stays (thanks, in the past I needed to rerun validator!) but list of bugs get folded instead of staying unfolded

What happens instead?

all groups are folded after upload
