JOSM crash while changing language preferences.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Select any object
2. click add button on Tags/Membership
3. Type 'name:ne' on key
4. place curser on value and change language preferences (google input tool) to Nepali
5. JOSM crash.

What is the expected result?

Should be Nepali language typeable in value.

What happens instead?

JOSM shutdown
