Crash when canceling upload dialog box.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Had a building selected and was at the upload screen for some other changed items. Went to reevaluate an object before typing notes to upload so pressed esc. and the error dialog appeared.

What is the expected result?

Expected upload dialog box to just go away.

What happens instead?

Upload box went away and the error dialog box appeared.
