This ticket is for tracking progress of http → https swicth for external imagery
The following list contains https capable servers and the status of them. Not all are properly setup
- idecan1.grafcan.es: Broken Cert chain, see #16122
- ge.ch: Works for imagery, but Attribution URL requests username
- www.osm-tools.org, {switch:a,b,c,d}.tile.osm-tools.org: Wrong CertName, Author contacted
