"Heading" in panel, "Measure" as mode, "Measurement" as menu item

The Measurements plugin shows the compass heading of the last drawn segment as fifth value. This value is falsely labeled as "Angle". It should be labeled "Heading".

The tooltip for the map mode button is currently "measurement". It should be the imperative form "Measure".

The layer titel is currently "Measurements". It should be expanded to the two-word form "Measure path". Most layer names constist of two or more words. The layer name should be distinguish from another label or name of this plugin.

The windows menu item for this plugin is currently "Measured values". It should be reduced to the one-word term "Measurements".
