Error shrtly after launcing josm

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. start josm
2. wait some 5 - 20 seconds

What is the expected result?

No error message is expected

What happens instead?

The Report-Errror Dialog shows up

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Running on Ubuntu Xenial Xerus 16.04 LTS and Oracle Java 1.8 Update 161
When I press "ignore this bug" the application seems to run as expected.

Happens every time I start Josm.
