Description
I have an idea for
https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps
As you see, clicking "{view}" on each one just shows each map centered
on the Netherlands.
But most users don't live in the Netherlands.
Therefore, each "{view}" link, instead of
https://josm.openstreetmap.de/mapsview?entry=Thunderforest%20Landscape should be https://josm.openstreetmap.de/mapsview?entry=Thunderforest%20Landscape#map=19/24.97608/121.25367
(but one that really works), generated by a box at the top of the
https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Maps
page that says
"Enter your LAT/LON and click OK. All the {view} links on this page will
become customized."
Or get their LAT/LON via location services...
Anyway at least document/implement a parameter suffix to allow opening
each map centered on one's home town.

BTW: That's wrong: "each one just shows each map centered on the Netherlands". It is centered on the map boundary.

Replying to stoecker:
It is centered on the map boundary.
Yes, which is the perfect solution in my eyes. Why would I display a source out of its boundary?

Ok, for worldwide sources (i.e. without boundary) the starting position is always in europe, but I don't see really a problem there as the idea behind these previews is just for testing if the source works.

These links are just here to check the imagery works.
For national/local imageries, just make sure the bounds are correctly defined, and it will be displayed properly.
For worldwide imageries, it is centered on Europe => if you see it, it works and you can close your browser. JOSM website is not meant to be used to browse these imageries, this is only a convenient tool to check links validity.
Why?
