Description

In ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/JOSM/Guide#Download_data :

Finally, use the left mouse button to drag a box around the area you want to download.

OK, but if one makes one little mistake drawing that box, he must start drawing it all over again!

So please allow the user to e.g., grab the left side of the box and make it a little more to the east, etc.
