Cancel in settings does not discard changes to shortcuts

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Go to the keyboard shortcuts tab in the settings.
  2. Change a shortcut.
  3. Click cancel.

What is the expected result?

The change is discarded.

What happens instead?

The change is retained.
