Impossible d'utiliser le greffon cadastre-fr

Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Calling cadastre-fr plugin to download French cadastre maps (F10 key as usual)
  2. Getting an unexpected error message
  3. Trying to check for plugin update gets another issue

What is the expected result?

Downloading raster maps of the French cadastre (worked with the previous version of JOSM)

What happens instead?

Getting a bug that disable to download any raster image of the French cadastre

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
