[PATCH] Make columns in AddTagsDialog sortable

Description

If one wants to add tags using the query parameter addtags=, a dialog titled "Add tags to selected objects" is shown.

This patch adds the ability to sort the columns in this dialog, so a user can better review these tags.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
