Description

It would be very handy to be able to write a custom description for a filter. Especially so when it is a complex filter. Being able to write a descriptive text would be more quickly comprehensible than a summary of the actual tags being filtered out, especially if there is a large amount of filters.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
