Warn for restriction=* in ways

We have 3978 highway ways with a restriction=* tag on them ​https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/tB4
Since it doesn't make sense to have restriction on ways (it needs a relation with from, via, to), couldn't JOSM issue a warning for them?

Maybe also warn for nodes? There are 652 nodes with restriction

Nodes already have a warning at error level.

Most used values on ways are no_stopping and school_zone, which are questionable, but it shouldn't be suggested to be used on a relation instead.

Hum... indeed I didn't see the other values. The random objects that I clicked were all related with turn restrictions.
A more correct query ​https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/tBt gives us 1669 ways.
