[Patch] Sorting, multiselection, selection by pressing enter

Here are some ideas what to make able to:

1. Sort items on the list.
   1. Simple approach. Copy the sorting behavior from the selection panel. And leave it non-changeable.
   2. More complicated approach: default sorting (like the selection panel does), by type (node, way, etc); by id; customizable
2. Select several items simultaneously (by pressing shift or ctrl keys + left mouse button/arrow keys).
3. Select items from the todo list into the selection panel by pressing enter key.

Multiple item selection, select + zoom on enter key pressed, highlighting of primitives on click, automatic update of list display on data updates

I created a patch that adds multiple selection for the todo plugin and a few other improvements.

No sorting (so far) since I don't think it's a good idea to reshuffle items in the todo list when the primitives are modified. Maybe sorting could be done once at the beginning when new items are added.
