Download Overpass API not showing

What steps will reproduce the problem? ¶

1. Start .jar
2. click download

What is the expected result? ¶

According to the patch notes the overpass api should be selectable there now.

What happens instead? ¶

Its not there.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. ¶
