Не работает кнопка "+" панели Relation Toolbox

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. В последней версии Josm при попытке добавить элемент к выбранному отношению с помощью кнопки "+" панели Relation Toolbox - ничего не происходит. При этом кнопка "-" работает нормально. В версии 12712 такой проблемы не было.
