Description

As the validator rules seem to have become a field of personal preference and tag interpretation (1), I propose we offer the possibility to have different sets of them, so that everybody can choose the rules according to his/her liking (similar to how presets or mappaint styles are handled).

I just saw this is already possible, at least in addition. Is it also possible to create a custom set where you remove certain tests from the standard tests?

You can disable tests, you can add tests, you can replace the test by your own version. What is missing?
