Update road colours to match osm.org style

Description

Not sure if this is already a ticket or if it's been done already, but the road colors should probably match those used on openstreetmap.org (red, orange-red, orange, yellow, white) instead of being the old colours (blue, green, red, orange, yellow) to avoid confusing new users. OTOH the old colours are better for distinguishing tertiary and service.

There is already an external mappaint style for the new color schema: Styles/NewHighwayColors
I didn't yet tested it if it makes sense to make it the default.
