Detect highways with acute angles

Could JOSM, if possible, warn about such acute angles in highways, please?

As illustrated by ​https://help.openstreetmap.org/questions/66104/is-there-a-way-to-detect-very-sharp-angles-of-buildings, such a "near-360-angle" validator rule would be useful for many object types, not just highways. For example it's very easy to create those by mistake using the extrude tool.

It is only implemented for connections of highways which form a sharp angle.
