In the preset Facilities -> Social Facilities, all follow the structured approach of amenity=social_facility + social_facility=TYPE, with the exception of Nursing Home, which is still assigned the old-fashioned amenity=nursing_home.
The reason was probably a flaw in the original key proposal which subsumed nursing homes under group_home, however that had been fixed a year ago in a tagging list discussion by adding the value social_facility=nursing_home, which became very popular since.
Could you please adjust the preset for Nursing home to assign amenity=social_facility + social_facility=nursing_home
