change the insertion point of nodes in the stop_position map mode

Description

The add stop_position mapmode adds a node to a way in the exact position of the mouse pointer. This means the way changes geometry in order to pass on the node. This should be changed in favor of mimic the way it works in the draw nodes map mode, where the way doesn't change and the node is added onto it.
