Easy fine adjusting of background images

Description

If the background layer does not fit, the user should be able to fine adjust it and store this correction somewhere (in the config? better somewhere central to have other users benefit from the correction).

The background layer is part of the landsat plugin. Please contact the author of the plugin (Nick Whitelegg).
