What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Attempting to call the relation editor for any of the relations I've downloaded

What is the expected result?

The relation editor will open.

What happens instead?

An error message comes up.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

I am using JOSM for OpenGeofiction, not for OpenStreetMap
