Make sorting members in relation editor smarter

Description

When sorting members, it would be nice that routes don't 'double back' on split roundabouts and on dual carriageways. It should be possible to determine where on the roundabout the route exits and follow that way, disregarding the ways of the rest of the roundabout. The same goes for dual carriageways, favour a way that is not oneway over a way that is oneway=yes. This will result in continuing for most cases, instead of returning to the point of origin where the dual carriageways split. I guess for roundabouts it would help to favour a way that is not tagged junction=roundabout when there are 2 possibilities.
