Confirmed. You are aware that you are in WGS 84 projection, which is not recommended for mapping?

Thank you for the answers, But i did not get you, Bing image projections was as follows,
Native peojections: EPSG:3857
Tile download projection: EPSG:3857
Tile display projection: EPSG:4326 (WGS84)
Do i need to change display projection in to EPSG:3857?
I am bit confused. Please correct me if i am wrong.

You don't have to, but WGS 84 isn't very suitable for mapping in general: a square building will look squeezed. The default projection in JOSM is Mercator (EPSG:3857).
