Description

What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. If a lot has been edited perhaps or if there are validation errors - can't get it to reproduce exactly though.

What is the expected result?

What happens instead?

JOSM starts to duplicate the screen and tile/layer it over the already existing display.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Looks much like a java refresh error, not much we can do here. If it does happen again or is reproducible please reopen report.
