Need to harmonise how JOSM deals with the supervised tag.

Description
If you use the presets to create a railway level crossing and set a value for supervised you get a tag:
supervised=<value>
If you then use the validator you get told that supervised is deprecated and to use crossing:supervision and presented with a fix button which will change the tag to:
crossing:supervision=<value>
Having done that if you run the validator you get told that crossing:supervision is not in the presets.
It would be nice if the various parts of JOSM could agree on what the tagging should be.

Seems OpenRailwayMap invented their own tagging methods without bothering to get an agreement with the rest of OSM. I'd suggest to deinstall the ruleset or also install the presets from OpenRailwayMap.

My solution would be to preserve tags from custom presets (supervised=*) during validation but throw a "info" warning "something non-standard here".

I have three installs of JOSM and one of them has the OpenRailwayMap checks turned on. Don't know when or why I did that.
Apologies. Put this one down to user error.

The first complaint comes from "OpenRailwayMap – international validation ruleset", not from JOSM.
