Completely prevent the upload of a layer by "upload=never" in the osm file
An option was added to not zoom to the new downloaded data. (expert mode only)

with lots of blue hyperlinks. But there is no mouseover popup or any other URL preview in some corner, to let the user know where clicking one of them will take him. So he is scared to click them.

JOSM is no webbrowser.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
